I am a venezuelan television producer and video/photographer.

I started my career in the entertainment business as an intern in the most rated television network at the time in Venezuela, Radio Caracas Television, C.A. A fifty-four years old company where I learned all the basics. I was eager to understand the whole television business, so I went quickly into putting my hands-on cameras, scriptwriting and editing software to learn everything about the ‘how to’. I learned that popular TV shows start on paper and that production is what makes them successful. I have had the chance of experience the complete production process taking an active part on every single link of the chain, working as a screenwriter, on set and on-field producer, cameraman, and post-producer/editor. Having experienced a huge variety of TV show genres such as daily shows, interview formats, game shows, magazines, lottery shows, news, pre-shows and live music shows, I have evolved from a producer into a showrunner, fluent in Spanish and English. I am also a photographer/videographer in constant training enriching my skill set by helping me to have a wider comprehension of the production process.

 

I proficient in shooting and editing, having worked with Sony and Canon cameras and software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and Avid Media Composer. I have got experienced working directly with Directors running live TV shows from console/master room and coordinating on set/stage/field productions, guiding hosts and talent. I consider myself a content creator having developed projects from scratch to delivery. Starting from inception, scriptwriting, building up the production methodology, leading the shooting on the field and guiding talents and crew as well as, overseeing the post-production procedure and/or editing raw videos on my own to get the final product done. Because of my expertise, I have curated a sense to quickly identify content that matters to projects. I have worked for more than ten years for the major television networks in Venezuela and I have also produced spaces for some important Latino markets such as the Dominican Republic and Los Angeles, US.
